This month we need to catch the bugs and put them into the bowl.

How many of these bugs are there ?

I made it 24, how many did you count ?

The bowl will hold all of these and there is room in the bowl for 20 more bugs. Can you get these in as well ?

Did you do it by counting every bug? or did you do it by counting one line of bugs and then seeing how many lines of bugs there were ?

There are 24 (4 lines of 6 bugs)

and 18 (3 lines of 6 bugs)

so the bowl will hold them all - if they don't escape!
